Every staff member at SIX Rooftop is deeply committed to supporting our local community and the environment by sourcing locally whenever possible, and centring dishes on seasonally available produce.
This approach not only brings the freshest ingredients to our tables but also supports local economies and reduces our carbon footprint.
Here’s how we do it:
Local Farms and Dairies
We partner with Herb Fed Poultry for sustainably raised meats, Gilchester Organic for grains, and Doddington Dairy for artisan cheeses. Our delicious pies, available on the bar menu, are also provided by local supplier Great Northern Provisions.
Seafood and Specialties
Our menus feature fresh catches from Hodgson Fish and unique offerings like Chainbridge Honey.
Beverages
We serve Rington’s Triple Certified Coffee and Storm’s Organic Tea, and our wine selection includes offerings from Corney & Barrow, who hold two Royal Warrants.
Produce
Our fruits and vegetables are sourced from British producers, ensuring that we use only the best seasonal produce available.

Muddy Finger’s locally crafted crockery adds a touch of regional artistry to our table settings.
