SIX Rooftop was acquired by Pneuma Hospitality Group in 2023. After extensive investment involving a full refurbishment that transformed and elevated the entire dining space, the restaurant reopened in March 2024 with a new vision and outlook, with an aim to provide accessible fine dining.

This has translated into the sleek and comfortable environment throughout the space, with a close-knit team who thoughtfully consider every diner and strive to provide a premium yet personal experience for each guest who steps through the panoramic glass lifts.

Upon the relaunch, SIX Rooftop’s Food Director Greg unveiled new ‘Taste of SIX’ tasting menus in both Land & Sea and Plant options. The concept was designed to offer an elevated dining experience, with specifically chosen dishes, using the finest seasonal and local produce, with sustainability in mind.
